团队组织

这个项目一共有10位全职成员参与,他们分别负责产品企划,消费者需求抓取,设计,材料研发,工艺研究,产品开发,生产等工作。另外,公司内部儿童推广,视觉拍摄,陈列标准,培训等同事,都在产品开发之初就介入,完成了产品传播,资源落位,终端呈现,卖点培训转化等工作;还有很多专业花滑运动员,资深冰妈,都在产品研发前期,给予了我们很多功能及需求指导。

流程方法

此项目之所以能超越预期目标,是因为从源头就开始进行全链条充分整合——企业、品牌、目标客户等都有参与。另外需求分析、分组研发、生产测试等程序,结合部门协作、科学管理等造作,有效降低了产品研发的复杂度,提升了效率。

项目投入

该项目从立项到目前预计8个月时间,资金投入近70W左右(含研发投入、产品测试及首轮的产品营销推广费用)。

达成情况

1.做此项目的初衷,是为了给花滑训练的孩子,打造一套专业的训练服;最终产品出来后,得到了圈内的一致好评;

2.该项目也遵循了公司“专业为本,品牌向上”的战略,通过专业品类花滑训练服的打造,让专业的消费者更加认可安踏。

Project Description

This is a professional children figure skating training suit. With advanced materials and technology, the suit is designed with tech fabrics and modern attractive styling of high elasticity and comfort. And the breathable suit with proper loading addition has an excellent performance in sweat absorption and warmth keeping for the functional needs of professional skaters.

User Value

1.Aesthetics styling: the suit highlights the power of sports by outlining skaters figures wrapped by its 360 degrees fabric, and splitting clothing styling.

2.Comfort

- The self-developed flexible memory fabric has a good performance in warmth keeping. This suit excels at sweat absorption and evaporation thanks to its quick-drying technology and breathable back design. This contributes to a stable body temperature regulation to ensure that users can stay dry and warm in cold environments.

- The highly elastic fabric can be stretched from multiple directions to ensure smooth skating while giving users a close, senseless, and comfortable wearing.

3.Functionality: the key body parts supporting skating are printed with the liquid triangle structure Lycra of the same color. 1. 70% sold out in 3 months after launching (excluding replenishment orders).

2. Anta has become a buzzword in T-mall search of pro figure skating in the past 30 days, which stands for consumer awareness with a competitive advantage.

3. The suit has been highly recognized by professionals, leading to purchase orders from major provincial teams and competition authorities.

Social Impact

Inspired by the performance suit of Chen Hong Yi, a famous figure skater, in her World Championship, the fire patterns on the training suit symbolizes the excellent future of China’s figure skating.

The suit lowers the resistance and pressure for children training skaters by adopting technological fabrics and special suit styling. This offers a solution to a common issue troubled the skating suit industry: the limited styling and fabric of children skating training suits may influence their performance. Anta hopes to connect professional suits with daily life, breaking the boundary between sports and life by launching this suit. This conveys Anta's vision of extending the Winter Olympics technology to the public and providing every sports lover with professional suits.

Team Structure

There are 10 full-time Anta employees engaged in this project with each being responsible for product planning, consumer demand research, suit design, material development, process research, product development, and production. And Anta employees who are responsible for children’s suit promotion, photography, display, and marketing training have engaged in the project at the beginning of product development. They also joined in product promotions, resource distribution, suit display, and marketing. And in the early deign of the suit, Anta has also received advice from professional skaters and children skaters’ mothers in terms of suit functions and product needs.

Flow

This project has achieved beyond expectations thanks to its whole chain integration, in which companies, brands, and target customers are involved. And R&D has been simplified with higher efficiency thanks to its consumer demand analysis, grouping development, and production testing, as well as inter-department collaboration, and reasonable management.

Project Investment

It is estimated that the project requires 8 months from its inception to nowadays with an investment of nearly 700,000 (including the costs of R&D, product testing and the first-round product marketing and promotion ).

Project Achievements

1.The original idea of this suit is to offer a professional figure training suit for children and the suit has been well received by the figure training industry.

2. The suit is also in line with "building a better brand based on professional" and has gained recognition among the professional skaters who choose Anta.
